All shopping cart sales are final.
All ticket orders are non-refundable.
Orders are processed after 11:00 AM weekdays. Orders received by 11:00 AM, Monday through Friday, will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 11:00 AM will be shipped the following business day. When paying by credit card, please allow 5 business days for your order to arrive. If you choose to mail in a check*, your order will be mailed the day the check is received in the Best Benefits Club office. Please allow 10 days from the day you mail in your check for your order to arrive. *Best Benefits Club charges $25 for Returned Checks
Minimum of $5.00 purchase required for all Credit Card orders.
All orders of $50 or more will be shipped by certified mail. Someone must be present to sign for your order.
All orders of less than $50 will be shipped via First Class mail without tracking and must be sent to your home. If you request your order to be shipped to your office, your order must be shipped by certified mail and you will be charged for certified mail delivery.
Best Benefits Club is not responsible for items lost in the mail.
If you need your order sooner than 5 business days, you may request overnight delivery.

USPS First Class Mail:
Orders up to $49.99 – No shipping fee
Orders of $50.00 or more – $5.00 shipping fee
UPS Ground (One Business Day Delivery):
$11.00 Flat Rate
When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this web site. All purchases from this web site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this web site are passed to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. Gift certificates and tickets will not be replaced if stolen or redeemed by an unauthorized user, including use as a result of inaccurate or incomplete delivery information provided by the purchaser.
You can also order by mail, e-mail, fax or in person by appointment at our office (Monday – Friday 9 AM to 4 PM). All tickets are good any day unless otherwise stated.
